Unlike the arch conservatives who liken "Lafayette Square" to Napoleon's Waterloo, I think it's more like Pickett's Charge at Gettysburg, which Faulkner said lives in the mind of every fourteen year-old Southern boy as if it's "not yet two o'clock on that July afternoon in 1863, the brigades are in position behind the rail fence, ... Pickett himself (William Barr) ... looking up the hill waiting for Longstreet (and by extension Robert E. Lee, someone who even a northerner wouldn't stain by comparing him to the current occupant of the barricaded People's -White- House) to give the word and it's all in the balance, it hasn't happened yet, it hasn't even begun yet, it not only hasn't begun yet but there is still time for it not to begin against that position and those circumstances..."

And yet Lee did give the order, and the First Minnesota Regiment did repel the charge, (funny how Minnesota saved the nation even in 1863) and the tide against evil of the Confederacy was turned, and the rest is history. Mark Twain's refrain that "history does not repeat itself, but it rhymes" keep ringing true.

The BLM rioters in Britain think the same about the statue of Winston Churchill. Will Britons tolerate the destruction of their heritage? Will they tolerate the effacing and censorship of their proud history? Or will they turn even more fiercely nationalistic and take back what is rightfully theirs?

This is another group affiliated with and supported by MoveOn.org (the same organization that pushed for the catastrophic and prolonged virus lockdown). This is a network of very wealthy, well-organized, highly coordinated groups. BLM was the recipient of over $100 million of payments in 2016 alone.

Go back to the interviews of Yuri Bezmenov posted several times now in this thread if you want to learn how they operate and who is involved.

It's looking to me like it will be an environmental crisis of some sort. Let's see.

Reports are that the eldest son of the current occupant of the barricaded People's (White) House spect $77,000 U.S. taxpayer dollars on a "hunting" trip to kill endangered Argali sheep. Of course, the term "hunting" implies venturing into the wilderness, looking for, stalking, and eventually killing an animal in at least a quasi-contest of man vs. nature. It does not imply paying local guides to locate the "prey," lure it within easy firing range, and then gunning it down, in a contest more akin to man vs. target.

We all agreed about this today.

What a patient moderator I am. I guess he's getting these little gems off a listserve or some other board. They are really useful.

I was just saying to my boss this afternoon, God help us against the next disaster they spring on us next. The political and media classes have only one tool and thatís to fuck things up beyond repair.

Pretty sure Bezmenov was talking about soviet communism. These groups aren't affiliated with any old USSR faction I don't think, though they do have a lot of communist/socialist inclinations and definitely use a lot of their sneaky manipulative plays. I'm sure there are foreign actors pushing this forward, BLM has already been tied to Maduro in Venezuela at least as far as public friendly appearances. But that's nothing new, Venezuela was trying to meddle in the US using black activism before he ever took power. But you can tell BLM has been doing all sorts of hinky shit with their money with the most cursory examination. Their money trail is as obfuscated and opaque as any rich fucker trying to hoodwink the tax man. These puppetmaster organizations I think are more the result of people coping with the fact that the presidency of Barack Obama did not magically fix things. He was supposed to be liberal Jesus but really nothing changed. Some of the shit people hated Dubya for actually got worse. Race relations took a pronounced dive. And now Trump has become president somehow. Clearly, nothing is wrong with their agenda and policies, it is all the fault of the phantom enemy, the white supremacy that lurks in all things and must be uncovered and purged by woke inquisitors.

You know, you keep repeating this phrase as though the white house being defended is a bad thing. I am one of those "people", and I am perfectly fine with the elected president trying to keep crazy people from storming the place and killing him because a bunch of histrionic idiots have convinced them he's Hitler.

And no one appreciates your patience more than I do. Sincerely. Though, to paraphrase a great character written by Aaron Sorkin, "You really like the truth I write because deep down in places you don't talk about around the squat rack, you want me on that (insightful, irrefutable, often humorous) wall, you need me on that wall!"

One challenges you to cite a single source, or a single piece of video, in which a "crazy" person appeared in any way to "storm" the White House. One cues the crickets, and waits, and waits, and waits.....

10 second google brings up a source that you (and only you) will respect:
CNN: More than 60 Secret Service officers and agents were injured near the White House this weekend

They burned a church that Trump walked to from the white house. How do you know bad apples did not intend to burn the White House or worse?

How about display some intellectual honesty right here right now and back off this ludicrous talking point. Otherwise, the ignore feature of this forum is very useful.
