Would you mind being more explicit with regard to the assumptions and studies you're positing here? I'd like to look into this further, and I want to make sure I understand your position.

I didn't make any claims about what exactly can be inferred from the national IQ datasets, and I did go to pains to mention the difficulty in obtaining reliable data from sampling due to cultural differences. Even shapes mean different things to different cultures. I get it. You don't think highly of IQ data.

I am not personally interested in waiting for the results of, for example, genome sequencing, to help me work out why the left's arguments about racism are complete fucking bullshit. I don't need to put the official stamp of scientific reason on why certain groups of humans tend behave more irrationally, or are over-represented in violent crime in Western societies, to understand the harm being done to what I cherish, and what should be defended from subversion. I applaud anyone who is interested in dedicating their life to the pursuit of scientific knowledge in the field, and can come up with ways of dealing with these problems, though. Knowing our politicians, I suspect it's just going to involve throwing money at the problem. Maybe we should halt mass immigration until we know more.

Somalia is a violent shithole, in large part, due to the behaviour of Somalians and their cultural beliefs. Importing said Somalians en masse to my nice European country isn't going to improve society - for me and my fellow native inhabitants, that is. The Somalians themselves certainly would be very happy with the situation, but they've been taught if they pretend they're actually very dissatisfied, and adopt the identity of a permanently oppressed victim, they will tend to get more and better unearned free shit, paid for by others.

So, a solid scientific study which demonstrates to me why the intelligence and personality traits of Somalians are environmental in nature, and not genetic, doesn't stop my country going down the crapper. It does allow me to feel good about not being a dirty, evil racist for worrying about it because, after all, there's a chance these Somalians might finally get on board with liberalism and see the good in our social norms and values... *checks watch* Any minute now!

Meanwhile, at current rates, by 2066 white British people, like me, will be a ethnic minority in our own fucking country. The Sudanese "asylum seeker" who went on a stabbing rampage in his hotel in Glasgow a couple of nights ago, was apparently unhappy with the quality of his free accommodation, food, laundry service and wifi. Hence the stabbing.

To these highly conscientious, slightly neurotic, intelligent lefties, I would say: I know you want to be gentle and I know you want to love the world, but you're going to have to get fucking real. If only these genius high IQ types had all gone to work for NASA, and not in the soft sciences, intelligence research and bloody FINANCE, we might be gearing up to colonize space by now... and you wouldn't have to worry about irrational party-poopers like me, droning on about my ancestral homeland, for too much longer.
I think if you want to maintain a rational argument, you should stick to cultural differences, and dump the stuff about genetic differences. Enjoy BREXIT!

Via RealClear Politics: A perfect rebuttal from Clay Travis (sports talk guy, mainly) to the fear porn being force fed to all those willing to submit to the COVID-19 panicdemic. This should convince anyone with any sense of reason. I know, reason is backordered indefinitely.

Illinois COVID-19 update: 23,789 tests, 646 positive, and 15 COVID-19 deaths (the least since March 30) reported on Sunday. Positivity rate remains low at 2.7%. Gyms reopened with tons of restrictions of course. Masks required while working out in the City of Chicago. Thank you baby Jesus for my garage gym. I'll take a 90 degree sweat soaked clothes workout over that nonsense any day. No uptick since all the protests from 3-4 weeks ago.

Don't worry about the second wave, but don't even think about opening your business, taking off that mask or voting in person. We have this new pandemic to worry about:

And if deaths don't go up, what will we know?

We will know this was all bullshit, but the media will be on to the next catastrophe the very minute their current bullshit is exposed. That's the way it works: FEAR MUST BE MAINTAINED.

Your quote cuts off the second part of my statement, where I stated that the problem is that critical analysis is not being taught. To me, the public U.S. school system seems to be more about indoctrination rather than education/learning how to think. It could be addressed there.

I don't know how you are determining the intelligence level of the people you interact with, but I and others have been able to help "slower" people learn how to think. I've only been successful at this when I've been able to have long-term interaction with these people. On a short-term interaction, like on an Internet forum, a protest, a bar, etc, I haven't had any success. I always try, though, but yeah, usually it gets to a point where I think "This is so emotional that we might as well just have a fist fight over this so when the fight is over I won't have to hear this bullshit anymore."

Nope, left that shit a long time ago. I agree that propaganda is very effective, but only on those with weak untrained minds. I think few people are born with critical thinking skills, so most people have to learn it.

For example, there are now more Spanish speakers in southern california than there are English speakers. The rational move for the Spanish speaking voters would be to disenfranchise the English speakers by forcing them to speak Spanish.

Or how about the 40% + foreign-born population in Los Angeles or New York City? Very few of them have any property or wealth, so it is in the collective financial interest of these voters to support forcible redistribution of wealth and property (Actually already happened in Rhodesia and South Africa).

Or how about the statues of John Wayne at John Wayne Airport? He is a cultural icon to 90% of the population of 1980s California and their descendants, but he is being erased, because the new 65% nonwhite majority now has the voting power to impose their heritage on others.

    These are irreconcilable differences.
I'm not sure that your data is accurate, but I agree with your point on this. However, I still think that as easily as they are victims of malicious propaganda, they can also be persuaded to learn the True Way, which is critical thinking. How to achieve that? I'll have to get back to you on that....so, you may never hear from me again ;-).

The only solution to those problems that I can think of is to redirect their anger towards a foreign enemy, start a foreign war, conscript them, and then send them to die to reduce their numbers. Ya know, the old-fashioned way.

As for California, and this is my own conjecture, I suspect voting fraud has been happening since the 1990's. I know the demographics have changed, but there are things that just don't make sense. Remember Sanchez vs Dornan? How many illegals, dead people, etc you think voted in that election and after? How could Porter win, she's a joke. I don't see why any side would support mail-in ballots unless one side knew they were going to lose and mail-ins gave them an opportunity to win. Alex Padilla, the California Secretary of State, oversees all California federal and state elections, is very outspoken about his anti-trump political views. I would be surprised if he does not use his position to bias vote counting. Check him out: https://twitter.com/AlexPadilla4CA That's the guy that runs elections in California...
