Mild differences in classic cardiac parameters (ejection fractions, etc.) More pronounced differences in the fancier myocardial T1 and T2, which describe tissue properties at the level of magnetic resonance.

Here is the table. How significant is the difference in troponin levels and ejection fraction? Looks like both are within normal range.
Every couple of days I think about the guys at the start of this thread who said, "Just you wait a couple of weeks. Everything is going to spike up exponentially and then you'll be glad we locked everything down. Then we'll see who the real idiots are."
Four and a half months later and I'm still waiting.
Not sure if this video has been posted before, but watch Fauci's (or should I say Fraudci?) reaction when questioned by Rep. Jim Jordan:

Make no mistake, Fauci speaks as a politician/administrator first; doctor second.
Yes clearly. The left had a moderately successful campaign to dominate ”science”. That those who didn't accept scientific consensus was a ”denier”, and that as such, were ignorant. The show piece was climate change, which had a convenient divison left/right.(of course science is independent of consensus but that aside...)
Where they blew it early was that the left has plenty of indefensible views of science all on their own. Most notable is the reinvention of gender outside of biology. Just consider the situation in competitive sports back in the dark ages when sports existed. Of course the left peddles plenty of pseudo-science in fitness, diet and nutrition, as this board well knows. There is no shortage. The denier accusation is politically smart but factually weak.
Fast forward to Covid. The fetish for science failed with Fauci. Damn shame. I have a hunch that the disciples perverse need to worship false idols exceeds their God’s actual hubris.
You may not have SAID that, but you said they weren't the threat they were made out to be. But the core of the threat that made people afraid of the USSR for decades, was the nukes. And a country that has shit development in every other capacity, but a significant arsenal of nuclear ICBMs, is pretty fucking dangerous. In fact, the lack of development in other areas makes them even more dangerous in that regard, because they have less to lose, and clearly plan to lean heavily on their nuclear arsenal.
