You can't get your knee replaced on your own schedule if it's being "given" to you. But socialists such as yourself want free shit so badly that you are willing to tell your mother she has to wait on a hip "for the greater good of the People." And a Universal Basic Income is the same as giving everybody 10 points at the start of the racquetball game. Neither Friedman nor Hayek would endorse this shit for the reasons you want them.

#2 is fine, a good idea. #3 is fine, because colleges and universities are breeding grounds for socialist vermin such as yourself, and because they currently lack the ability to perform their function as educational institutions due to the aforementioned socialist vermin such as yourself. I have written and been interviewed about state licensure many times, and it actually disappoints me that a socialist parasite such as yourself agrees with me on these two points.

#4 is interesting. Can we add the entire Obama Administration to this list? Surely even you agree that what was done to Libya merits at least somebody spending the night in jail? And let's add the Bush II administration, if for no other reason than for being stupid enough to think that the TSA was the solution to a problem of any kind.
Yes, Rip, the problem of having to delay care because the impoverished serfs are now waiting in the same line as you is a terrible impediment to state-run healthcare systems. This is why in Britain there is a powerful movement to dispense with their inefficient and reviled healthcare system and replace it with our much-loved private health insurance bureacracy, probably borne of the fact that Britons spend much more on health products and greedy doctor salaries in exchange for worse care outcomes than we get here.

... oh, wait... the exact opposite of every single claim in that above paragraph is true why do you think that is, Rippletoad?

in all seriousness, though, all I want is for the ambulance that comes to your house when you dial 911 to be funded the same way as the fire truck that comes to your house when you dial 911. Everyone should give a % of what they're worth to make sure that even the poorest among us can be cared for. Do you think the fire department should be privatized? The police department? Why? Why is the concept of a community that looks out for itself seem so bubonic to you?

You are absolutely wrong that Hayek and Friedman have different reasons for endorsing UBI than I do. They thought it would solve the problem of poverty without interfering in markets. I agree with them. End of story.

And yes, we should absolutely punish Obama for his crimes. We should punish EVERYONE for breaking the law, because we are not blue-haired antifa "soldiers" or who believe that the rule of law is less important than their personal opinions about truth and justice. Seriously, you think we like Obama ???? have you ever even met a socialist?

And what, exactly, do you believe, Rip? What specific policies do you think should be implemented to get us out of this mess, and why?

Therefore #3: This Declaration authorizes the County to commandeer or use any private property as provided by law.

Signed by County Judge B. Glen Whitley (R).
This has a bearing on the Tarrant County order, which I missed at the time:

Everybody else already knows what I believe needs to happen, and socialist parasites do not command my time.

Under the current US system the ambulance comes when you call 911, independent of ability to pay. Ultimately the poor pay nothing and other victims pay a lot or little depending.

Do you advocate the poor (victim) pays more? Or that someone else pays more on behalf of the victim? Not clear from your post.

He doesn't know anything about anybody "paying" for anything, Barry. He just repeats socialist bullshit.

And I seem to remember someone having said that NYC was going to be Just Fine a while back.
