Not quite. That guy got what almost certainly was an intentionally rough ride in the back of a van converted to a paddy wagon. As I recall, he was cuffed but otherwise not secured to anything inside the vehicle. Had he been so secured, it is far less likely he would have dies from his neck injuries.
In any event, I was not suggesting a high speed ride over a bumpy railroad crossing for Floyd. Not after Baltimore's (Charm City) debacle.
Interestingly, or perhaps not, both cities were/are run by dems and had been for decades. In Baltimore, the guy was caught up in a drug enforcement sweep in the black community that the black DA and the black mayor pressed the police for hard. Then walked away, pretending their pressure for ANY kind of arrests were not actually what they wanted.
It was covered already, but since this got unearthed again, it bears repeating that the knee to the neck was within the scope of training of the Minneapolis PD. Yet the chief washed his hands pretending that what happened was no such thing.
This is what happens when you have unchecked dem socialism for too long.
Priceless. Although any of the social "sciences" courses should be added to this, if you didn't already imply just that. Given what we have learned of models in this pandademic, probably what could best be described as environmental advocacy as well.
