This two-sentencer has a bit to unpack in it. The first part is the crux of the entire leftist push, "you must take accountability for your fellow man's actions". What other people who resemble you in some way do is also your fault. The second part is just hilarious irony. Someone basically telling you you need to be docile in a biochemically-induced way imploring you not to be a "sheep". I really hate that it's at this point, and I hope someone finds a better way, but it feels like there is no resolution to this cultural conflict that doesn't involve either violent resistance or submission.

Not quite. That guy got what almost certainly was an intentionally rough ride in the back of a van converted to a paddy wagon. As I recall, he was cuffed but otherwise not secured to anything inside the vehicle. Had he been so secured, it is far less likely he would have dies from his neck injuries.

How and why Floyd died is totally irrelevant. Tony Timpa, a white guy who was far less of a deadbeat than Floyd I might add, was killed by police officers in exactly the same manner, but without drugs to hasten his death.

So why was Floyd's death grasped by the newsmedia? Why did the newsmedia choose to make a martyr of that particular individual? Firstly, because he was black, and the officer in question was white. Secondly, the timing, in the middle of fake pandemic when everyone's nerves were frayed to breaking point.
