Quoting this primarily because it’s hilarious, and secondarily because it reminded me of this gem: https://i.redd.it/a21cgswc8p951.jpg
You’re soooooo close to understanding, Nicholas… I don’t even know whether to laugh or cry
And why would they try to demonstrate that? The small businesses didn’t fund their campaigns. Why would they act beholden to them? Corporations and the wealthy investor class buy outsize influence over politicians by subverting the democratic process with their money. The Right-Wing globalists who run New York own Cuomo in EXACTLY the same way they own Rubio, Cruz, and McConnell… if they didn’t, then why are all of their economic policy platforms tailored to fit them??? You’ve got to ask yourself these questions, dude. You can’t just swallow this absurdist narrative about how the fundamental struggle in this country is between the identity politics crowd and everyone else. Follow. The. Money.
I think the reason why you all seem surprised about this Soros acquisition is really revealing. Could I politely ask you to consider for a moment, Rip, that you might have misconstrued the function of the media under Capitalism?
Soros’ hegemony depends upon the maintenance of a very delicate balance: the black folks and the middle class libs have to believe that white supremacy is this onerous metaphysical force that drives people in positions of power to terrorize the black community often literally without even knowing it, and the white folks without college have to believe that the reasons things keep getting worse for them are because of black people, Marxist professors, and men wearing dresses. It’s no surprise that Soros feels a need to directly oversee the Republican half of the content machine in this stage, because if it fails, then lower middle class white people might start taking notice of this:

There's a follow-up, called "Debunking the Detractors". I watched the crucial update three times, the debunking runs atm, and man, I'm pretty much pissed that Governments all over the world destroyed the economy because of a hoax. In every forum I post these videos they delete my posts and call me a conspiracy theorist... How's it possible to brainwash so many people in such a short period of time? Because of fear? Fear of what?

They neither want to nor need to.
We are looking for truth and understanding.
They are looking for effect.
So much angst and energy is wasted by not realizing this rather important distinction.
You surely know how elections work, right? There are plenty of people who voted against these assholes who still have to suffer under them because not everyone can move every time they don't get the election results that they want.
And the reason the Feds must act is because it is their duty to do so. Anyone paying attention gets that Antifa and BLM are operating as terrorist across state lines. That is Federal jurisdiction. But sadist and opportunist have fine reasons for the current dereliction of duty.
Has NYC instituted price controls on food already?
Because last time I checked, a restaurant can try bumping up it's prices 10% any time it wants. Although coward business owners do love when a government official forces them to do what they were too cowardly to do themselves.
Saw it happen with the smoking bans in Denver. A very few places had nonsmoking policies before it and were willing to lose (or gain) customers as a consequence. But I heard from a few (I played music at a bunch of them, so wound up chatting with them a bit), who didn't have the balls to do it out of conscience, how it was great to be forced to, but also not have to compete with places that allowed it.
Of course they never mentioned that last part.
I got a call, supposedly, from the health department about a patient that had been in to my office "who had tested positive for coronavirus." They wanted to ask some questions, mind you this is over the phone. I said fine, mail me the questions and my attorney and I will go over it and respond. This, I explained, was due to potential confidentiality issues and even possible abandonment issues. To which she replied, this is the health department and it will only take 5 minutes. How would I know, over the phone, if she were really from the health department? Anyway, I didn't acquiesce and told her to send me the questions. To which she replied, I will be having a "regional epidemiologist reach out to you", in kind of a veiled threatening way. I said, okay.
That was yesterday, today I called the county sheriff and asked if they would need a wet ink signature of a judge on a search warrant, not just a rubber stamp, to lawfully enter. He said , if they show up they won't have a warrant and you can keep them out. He said "you can call me if they show up" he then proceeded to give me all his contact phone numbers, personal number included. I think this county has a good sheriff, one that knows what the true role of sheriff is and has been for over 500 years. This is good news people, maybe there are a lot more sheriffs out there like this. Everyone should find out from their sheriff about how they view their role.
Yes George, I know how elections work. I also know how the Constitution works, and it doesn't permit the Feds to replace local law enforcement just because you think they should. Burning down a business is a local crime, and the thrower of the bomb should be gut-shot on the spot by the local officials whose responsibility it is to prevent riots. Notice that not every city has lost buildings to this shit, and that is because their local officials have decided that bricks and molotovs will be answered with .223. In jurisdictions that have decided against law enforcement, it's expensive to do business.
The DOJ is functioning in its capacity to arrest and prosecute these communist thugs, although it would be more satisfying if they were more public about it. If the Feds came in to democrat shitholes like Minneapolis and layed down the law, what happens when they leave? Do they leave? Why should they not just stay permanently, since voting didn't work? You want to live in a country ruled by Federal Martial Law? Cause that's where you'll be if the Army becomes the cops when the local elections remove the cops, and Donald Trump becomes the actual dictator these morons have been yelling about for 4 years. Local jurisdictions MUST do local law enforcement, and if they refuse, local people must replace the criminals that fucked the locals up. In my opinion, Ted Wheeler should be publicly executed, along with Wilhelm, Cuomo, Whitmer, and 8 or 10 other Pieces Of Shit who are destroying their jurisdictions. Minneapolis has required that owners of burned-out buildings do the demo on them immediately, and requires the owner to buy a demo permit from the city. These motherfuckers obviously need to die. But the Constitution doesn't provide for this as a remedy either, so I understand your frustration.
Jurisdictions that elect leftists have earned the destruction, collectively (to use a term the socialists will understand), and there are occasions when you have to vote with your feet when ballots don't work. When it gets bad enough, you have to either move or get used to the cock in your ass. People I know are doing so right now, moving away from the cock this very day, because it's better than staying in Hell and hoping the next election goes your way when you already know it won't.
Here's an important thing that will be completely ignored by everybody: Growing research indicates many COVID-19 cases might not be infectious at all | Just The News
A growing body of research suggests that a significant number of confirmed COVID-19 infections in the U.S. — perhaps as many as 9 out of every 10 — may not be infectious at all, with much of the country's testing equipment possibly picking up mere fragments of the disease rather than full-blown infections.
Confirmed cases of the disease have been the focal point of public health authorities and governments worldwide for many months, with countries across the globe working frantically to shore up their testing infrastructure and ensure that most citizens who want a COVID-19 test can obtain one with relative ease.
Many politicians, meanwhile — including most state governors in the U.S. — have tied reopening policies to the number of cases detected in the local community, with regions and localities often being permitted to reopen in staggered "phases" only when they have reached successively lower benchmarks of average new daily cases in the area.
Numerous institutions, meanwhile, have adopted testing protocols in an attempt to preempt the spread of the virus. American colleges and universities, for instance, have turned to mass testing in order to closely monitor incidences of the disease among students, particularly residential students living on campus.
Yet a burgeoning line of scientific inquiry suggests that many confirmed infections of COVID-19 may actually be just residual traces of the virus itself, a contention that — if true — may suggest both that current high levels of positive viruses are clinically insignificant and that the mitigation measures used to suppress them may be excessive.
That Newt Gingrich / FOX News thing was interesting - but what actually happened there?
Well, Bill O'Reilly noticed facts are anti-semitic.
