In case you had any doubts the US election was anything but the safest most secure election in history, first bill being passed through congress is mass mail voting at the federal level and restricting states from requiring ID, signature verification etc.

Yea, our government is completely invalid.

Also how can the supreme court say TX has no right to sue PA over election issues since they have no say in how a state conducts its internal elections while the federal government can have any say in how a state conducts its internal elections?

    Because the government is invalid.

We're LIVING with it now, you moron. The survival rate is 99.97%. How can you people continue to ignore this basic arithmetic?

That would be the only constitutionally appropriate course of action in this case.

Unless you disagree with the sovereignty of the individual states? You wouldn’t want New York or California to have a say in how Texas selects its electors, would you?

Wig, I said I was just joking around. You've already told us why the SCOTUS has no reason to investigate a Presidential Election. I believe you. It's done. Time to get on with more pressing issues:

Democrats introduce bill that will destroy America With One Swipe... | Populist Press 2021 (C)

    This part is luscious:

SEC. 3201. NATIONAL STRATEGY TO PROTECT UNITED STATES DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS. (a) In General.—Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President, acting through the Secretary, in consultation with the Chairman, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Education, the Director of National Intelligence, the Chairman of the Federal Election Commission, and the heads of any other appropriate Federal agencies, shall issue a national strategy to protect against cyber attacks, influence operations, disinformation campaigns, and other activities that could undermine the security and integrity of United States democratic institutions.

    (b) Considerations.—The national strategy required under subsection (a) shall include consideration of the following:

    (1) The threat of a foreign state actor, foreign terrorist organization (as designated pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189)), or a domestic actor carrying out a cyber attack, influence operation, disinformation campaign, or other activity aimed at undermining the security and integrity of United States democratic institutions.

    (3) Potential consequences, such as an erosion of public trust or an undermining of the rule of law, that could result from a successful cyber attack, influence operation, disinformation campaign, or other activity aimed at undermining the security and integrity of United States democratic institutions.
This one is particularly interesting, since New Mexico voted for President Biden by an 11% margin: Biden'''s pause on oil cause for big concern in New Mexico

And the Biden Administration's policies are already working quite well anyway: Nationwide COVID hospitalizations continue two-week decline | Just The News

So the only thing that matters -- and that will ever matter again -- is that Donald Trump is not the president.

"At the moment, it's really fulfilling what we expected." The regulator is also partnering with academic groups to interrogate the information in a bid to boost public confidence in the vaccine program.

That, and the fact that we may be transitioning to a phase in which we can hopefully maybe one day live with the virus, as long as everybody gets four or five shots.

Then watch this twice: COVID VACCINE REACTIONS RISE WORLDWIDE

And Tony Colpo really does a good job here: Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine: The ‘Life-Saving’ Drug that Seems to be Killing People – Anthony Colpo

And so Moderna put its stable of experimental drugs on the backburner and morphed into a vaccines company. It's worth noting that, despite the numerous drugs it has researched, prior to COVID-mania Moderna had yet to create a drug that achieved regulatory approval.

It was a similar story at BioNTech. Despite going public in October 2019 and closing with a market value of $3.4 billion, and having 13 compounds in clinical trials for a variety of ailments, prior to COVIDiocy BioNTech was yet to get a product approved. When the COVID-19 panic took hold and cries for a vaccine intensified, BioNTech saw a golden opportunity. The company knew it could benefit from the clout of Big Drug, and so asked Pfizer if it would be interested in a partnership. The answer was a resounding yes, not suprising given the financial windfall - the US federal government agreed to pay the two companies almost $2 billion for at least 100 million doses if their COVID vaccine got approval - which it did. As for Katalin Karikó, the formerly ignored proponent of mRNA technology, she is now Senior Vice President at BioNTech. The former "fringe" researcher certainly won't be short of a quid from now on. She's even been tipped as a potential candidate for the Nobel Prize of Medicine.

All this newfound wealth and talk of Nobel Prize nominations obfuscates a very discomforting reality. Namely, while the two key companies involved in mRNA technology - Moderna and BioNTech - have made shiploads of money, they have no previous track record in creating approved drugs, let alone creating drugs that have demonstrated long-term safety. Prior to the emergency approval of their hastily-created and tested vaccines, the mRNA technology that their entire foundation was built on was problematic and displayed a penchant for triggering unwanted immune responses.

Yeah, "operation warpspeed" was not a triumph. I understand why he prioritized getting a vaccine out, because it seemed the only way to convince governors to open their states up, but we are seeing more and more that hastily produced vaccines are pretty damned dangerous, not to mention not terribly effective. And the truth is, the vaccine wasn't going to convince those governors to reopen. The lockdowns are obvious now to have been a political move, the way they are all opening up anyway suddenly and Biden now pivoting to a stance of "welp, nothing we can really do about this virus now". These fuckers just put us through a year of absolute shit to help get their guy in the white house.

From the Colpo piece, the situation in a nutshell:

Here in Australia, where bald-faced hypocrisy is a prerequisite for public office, our bureaucrats are using similar irrational grounds to flippantly dismiss the vaccine-related deaths. Chief Medical Officer Professor Paul Kelly told the media, “In Norway in a normal week, 400 people do pass away in their aged care facilities. So this has to be put in the context of what has happened after people have received vaccines.” The vaccine rollout in Australia would continue unabated, he said.

And the shambolic Therapeutic Goods Administration (Australia's equivalent of the US FDA) said in a statement: "The deaths were recorded among very frail patients including some which were anticipated to only have weeks or months to live." Yes, just like the overwhelming majority of people who die with COVID are elderly incapacitated folks who probably only have weeks or months to live.

Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt said, "We don't know yet whether this is a function simply of age and people who are older and sadly facing the natural loss of their life, or whether there's any causation that hasn't been asserted as yet.” There was no evidence yet of a concrete link between the vaccine and the deaths, he claimed, and Australia's mass rollout of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was going ahead.

    You got that?

When frail, elderly nursing home residents in Australia with multiple other health conditions die after (allegedly) testing positive for COVID-19, authorities ascribe their death, not to their infirmity and multiple serious co-morbidities, but to their largely asymptomatic coronavirus. Not only that, but the rest of the country is forced into various states of house arrest and international travel is banned, effectively turning the former penal colony back into a prison island.

But when frail, elderly nursing home residents in Norway with multiple other health conditions die soon after receiving an incompletely-tested vaccine, authorities in both countries trip over themselves to exonerate the vaccine. There is "no link" between the new and poorly-tested drug from a serial lawbreaker like Pfizer and the deaths, they claim - it must have been the patients' underlying conditions, you see.

What a pack of shameless bullshitters.

Well, if they are vaccinating the terminally ill, then it would stand to reason there would be a certain level of mortality following the inoculation.

I'd literally prefer we pick a name out a hat than have this sort of BS.

I'm not exactly sure how any of this would be Trump's fault unless "Operation Warp Speed" included removing safety protocols. I honestly don't know what the details of the thing was.

But it seems to me that Trump did a rather good job of staying in his lane and juristiction through the Kung-flu crap.
