DB and I have an appointment for our first Kung Flu vaccination tomorrow afternoon. I'll let you know if one or both of us sprout another head or die. Those of you with the bad cases of the willies about the vaccine should keep your Ouija boards handy, just in case I need to do this posthumously.

    Regulation: We must have more!!

Texas Electric Board Members Live WHERE? – PJ Media

“People who are making literally life and death decisions on behalf of our families and our communities don’t even live in the state of Texas,” Leach said. ”… I’m frustrated and cannot believe that the board chair of our leading energy decision maker doesn’t even live in Texas, but lives in Michigan. It just cannot be that way here in the Lone Star State.”

Your comments are superfluous! Let us know the results posthumously, the sooner the better!

So You Want Green Energy Eh? in [Market-Ticker]

Texas, like so many other areas, has put up windmills and solar "farms" for the last 20 years, shutting down older coal-fired plants and not modernizing and improving their "fossil fuel" energy production infrastructure. At the same time on a national basis the natural gas pipeline operators, in service to the woke green mob, have replaced fuel-fired pumps (that run on the gas in the pipe, therefore are failsafe so long as the pipe has something in it and is intact) with electrically powered booster pumps because, of course, you can get the power for them from "green" sources instead of all that eeee-vile carbon.

I remind you that natural gas does not freeze at other than cryogenic temperatures and as such the problem is not the gas freezing and as for machinery you have plenty of heat source in the pipe. By putting up with and responding to the "woke mob" instead of immediately frying and eating their entire blood line these companies took an ultra-reliable and essential energy delivery system that other than by physical destruction would nearly-always continue to operate and turned it into a fragile system dependent on multiple outside elements where if any of those elements failed so does the natural gas delivery.

Attempting peaceful Secession is my one drum to beat, Rip. I'm sorry. I don't see any remotely viable way forward besides that, and it would never be allowed to remain peaceful beyond the very early beginning. It's more of a fervent prayer than mere repetition. People have so horribly underestimated how corrupt and broken this all is... it seems to me like nobody takes it seriously, or at least not seriously enough.

It's time to accept reality and move away from the base of the volcano before it blows.

The problem is there is not enough capacity in the system overall to supply peak demand in extreme cold or heat. When western governments deregulate thermal energy out of the market and replace it with wind and solar you are just asking for trouble, it is a fantasy to believe that these two forms of generation can supply energy at peak times. Australia sells its LPG and abundant clean coal cheap to Asia who are building thermal generation while we pay a premium for wind and solar and kiss goodbye our heavy industry to China where the cheap energy is. You cannot build cars, ships and refine steel with wind. While western countries play the "green" energy game Asian countries are laughing all the way to bank. My only wish is that Twitter and Fakebook are connected to a wind generator.

I’m amazed at how many people in Texas are dependent on Ted Cruz for their basic survival skills. Meanwhile, Sleepy Joe is playing Mario Kart.

So many surreal propaganda websites. I assume this is an subsidiary of the Ministry of Truth CONVINCE — The Vaccine Confidence Project

CONVINCE (COVID New Vaccine Information, Communication and Engagement)

The site links to very helpful articles like this one about the frustrations of having parents who refuse to listen to reason.

"Nichole frequently talks on the phone with her dad, who is a truck driver, but fears that their weekly conversations are only cementing his refusal. “He doesn’t want my stepmom to take it either, and he is refusing to listen to reason,” she said. "

    Stupid old people...pfft.

I have mixed feelings about these masks, and whether they are more pathetic than funny, but being the passive aggressive type, I bought a few anyway.

Regarding the use of 'cunt'...if you've seen 'The Boys' tv show, you'll know how versatile the word is. Life coach Billy Butcher...."don't be a cunt".

    Cheers.

How incredibly short-sighted, and devious, were it not for the explanation of adoration of the Green Testament, that a few pages ago peeps here were blaming traditional electricity generation methods for the blackout, when a large part of it all was actually changing the mechanisms of natural gas delivery to rely on electricity that caused the problems!

I'm understanding even better how far-reaching Eastern Europe's "straightforward," "old-fashioned" approaches apply not just to woke issues like immigration, schooling, and culture, but even to simply providing the heating to homes that helps us survive winters.

...anyways, here's a link to one of Coleman's videos, I'm pretty sure that it's this one that mentions electricity blackouts coming next:

    Here's What Will Happen Next...

My whole point is, it doesn't have to be a cOnsPiRaCy TheOrY for his points about blackouts to be true for Texas' case of electricity outsges-it can just be simple incompetence, greed to maintain political (i.e., unearned) power, and buck-passing. Much like CoVid needn't be some hoax, but rather a confluence of:
soft Westerners being overly fearful of death,

American Progressives wanting a conduit to oust Trump,

Leaders worldwide wanting to squash populist movements (Yellow Vests, Brexit, etc.),

Politicians wanting to appear strong and protecting (in order to maintain their unearned power!) while escaping all blame and responsibility, etc., etc., etc.

BTW, to our Eastern European friend, Jovan, for your question to me from AWHILE back: one of Vernon Coleman's videos is also why I thought the CoVid response would be different in Russia: he had mentioned, too, what has gone around for awhile now, that Luckashenko in Belarus had been trying to push back on all the restrictions, resulting in the World Bank denying money and all the three letter agencies arousing discontent and protest in Belarusians.

Who originally posted the Vernon Coleman links here? I'm forever grateful to you for sharing his information!!
