So you have been actively seeking psychological help for months now. Rip can’t really help you there. Nobody can really, you guys are still subjects of the crown.
Well if it is as you say that you are truly sovereign subjects, why do you have then "in God we Trust" on your coinage and this line in your national anthem, "And this be our motto: "In God is our trust"? Are you not admitting(not you personally) that God is your sovereign leader? That is a throw back from the first English settlers and like Australia goes back to the British Crown. "Deu et mon droit", is this not what you are truly under, the sovereign leader of the US is God Himself, which is basically a theocracy.

Not concerned about that. When I’m out on early morning walks with my girl I carry several equalizers — the Sig is the latest addition. It’s purpose is for a highly unlikely scenario and it will be concealed, like most of the other options.

Additionally, the “surveillance state” that actually affects people’s lives isn’t run by the government, but rather by Apple, Google, Amazon, etc., which the disruption of also requires people to make large changes to their lifestyle. For number 3, those who would agree with this post have probably already purged themselves of the garbage on TV.
I will explain this further. Keep in mind that we only need a small percentage to begin to change to have a huge impact.
We don't need the masses to all change at once or even at all.
We need 5%-10%. We should be able to achieve 50%+ under ideal circumstances.

    1. Financial decentralization

Decentralization away from traditional currency, payment processing and financial institutions, deligitimization of public markets and building distrust in the IRS (Decentralize, deligitimize, distrust):
-Have you seen the price trends in Bitcoin an other financial currencies? This is already happening on a massive scale.
-What do people do when they see large inflationary forces at work? They diversify away from the dollar.
-What do they do when they see the government can now seize any and all financial assets stored in traditional institutuions with only an accusation of wrongthink? They move large amounts of money out of those institutions.
-What do people do when sales tax soars? The smart ones begin to use cash and rely on local, in person transactions more than before.
-Markets run on confidence; What happens when people lose faith in the markets? They crash.
-What happens when they crash? The public corporations, which have been siphoning off free money from etfs, retirement acounts and phantom financial derivitives struggle and can no longer affod to lobby against your gun rights, to force you to take vaccines, for a surveillance state or to restrict freedoms.
-What do wealthy people and corporations do when taxes become unreasonably high? They avoid them.
-What do they do when the government comes to arrest them? They move to Russia or Singapore or Brazil or Mexico or whichever country is smart enough to accommadate them.
-What does the IRS do after the wealthy flee? They tax and harrass all citizens; Nobody trusts them.

Further effective measures can be as simple as:
    >holding a stimulus check's worth of GME stock; if Citadel crashes (involved in almost 50% of equities transactiions and ~90% of options transactions), the market crashes. If Citadel does not crash, confidence in the markets crashes and brings the markets down.
    >diversifying a small portion of assets into crypto. (Biden Regime doesn't want free currency: SEC Attacks LBRY, Tries to Redefine Cryptocurrency as a Security - YouTube)
    >diversifying a portion of assets into gold/silver or gold/silver based currencies(GoldBack.com States Where Gold and Silver Have Become Legal Tender
    >shopping for that used generic device or product on local classified ads rather than Ebay or Amazon
    >making efforts to shop locally and in cash; remember, decentralization is the goal. Local, small and independent is decentralized.

    2. Surveillance state countermeasures

Government resources are already stretched extremely thin, just trying to keep track of the small number of capitol protestors. Stretch them just a little further and they will snap. People don't even necessarily have to realize the are resisting the surveillance state.
-If people forge vaccination records, how many does the government have the capacity to prosecute? How much time and effort would it take to track them all down? Do your part and you won't have to worry about persecution.
-If people get away with forging vaccination records, despite government assertations that is illegal and will result in punishment, what is the result? You have made millions of law-abiding citizens into outlaws who are more willing to break other laws.
-How about the Facebook, Google cooperation on government tracking? What if 5% of thought crime criminals (mllions upon millions of people) stop using them and begin to take basic internet/cell phone privacy measures? Or use Tor? Insufficient resources to keep track of all of them.
-Do you not remember the hundreds of successful Islamic terrorist attacks in western countries over the past 25 years? Even they were successful in overwhelming the government's resources enough to achieve most of their goals.
-How difficult will it be for them going to track you down if you make "mistakes" on your official papers and they don't know where you live or work. It takes a huge amount of resources to even track down one person who really doesn't care to be found.
    Simple steps:
    >Don't be a go along to get along type of guy, clutching at your pearls. Stand up for what you think is right. If you do fail, in a moment of weakness, move on. Do better next time. Don't try to save face with some sort of justification and newfound vaccine advocacy on a strength board.
    >Making clerical errors is typically not a crime or goes unpunished
    >Avoid the tech monopolies 10% more than you currently do; find independent or open source alternatives. I guess you could just spend those extra hours away from the cesspool of Facebook doing something productive or fun if you feel like it.
    >Use Tor or paid email serivices.
    >Stop allowing your phone to track you every where you go and don't inadvertently scan the public wifi in DC. Don't have to throw it away, just carry it less. Turn it off when you can.
    >Apply for any and all government gifts you may even possibly be entitled to.
    >This is an extremely broad category and there are thousands of small, effortless steps to take.

Alternative media has been overdiscussed, but it is still importatnt to support whenever you have the opportunity to do so.
It doesn't require upending your life or even knowing about it.
It is passive. It only needs to be available.

We play Judo here and we try to get the best value for our efforts. We don't plan ineffective moves.

Allow me to summarize, omitting all of the nonsense and bad advice:

    1. Support local supply chains.
    2. Get off social media and be smarter about phone privacy.

    You’re welcome.
