    From 9News Sydney:

From September 13, NSW residents that are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be given new freedoms. Residents of hotspots can leave home for an hour of recreation on top of their exercise hour, while people in other areas can meet five others outdoors.
    Oh boy, new freedoms!

My apologies, Satch. I checked with my inside sources and you are right: Evan Hafer is a socialist piece of shit. He threw the Rittenhouse boy under the bus, and Black Rifle Coffee needs to go away.

I'll check it out, won't hurt...in the past, it seemed like a propaganda machine. I long for a neutral news source that just says what is happening, without some obvious agenda. I know, I know...impossible these days.

On a side note, our city decided it was best to cancel the vaccine requirement...for now. Our firefighters union was very vocal against it, not against the vaccine per say, but against the forced compliance. The battle is not over by a long shot, but I find it interesting that they removed their arbitrary deadline. Stay tuned...

So, sarcasm? If not, how is he a "socialist piece of shit?" Because he doesn't want racists supporting his coffee? He does a ton of good for war vets, not sure where the "piece of shit" comes from...seems like a good dude to me, but to each their own...

So…cancel BRCC because Hafer doesn’t want those folks that support the 17 year old boy vigilante? Makes perfect sense.

Nurse from California raises alarm regarding Project Shielding

Here's a CDC Document: Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings

A year ago, none of us would have believed this could apply here with a virus having 99%+ survival. Recent events in Australia beg the question: How about now?

Can one of you military guys explain what These National Guard positions will do here in the US? For example, here's an Open Job Position in Rapid City, South Dakota. These positions are open in many cities around the country.

Man, what will Americans NOT put up with so long as Facebook can be scrolled and Pornhub streamed? I only wonder if Diogenes and Socrates would have faired better in these times. Diogenes was, after all, rebuked for masturbating in the public market. "If only my hunger could be satisfied by rubbing my belly." Maybe I should wear a headlamp around town during the day and repeat his lantern escapades? I think I still have the one I used in Afghanistan (Petzl makes good stuff).
They are not gonna drag tens of thousands of dead bodies through the streets.

    Indeed.

The original comment was “this is all nonsense.” The NYT article was cited as evidence that the substance of the original article was based on something “tangible,” unlike lots of what comes out of boomer-con social media. Clearly it wasn’t nonsense because it caused a pretty loud response from BRCC’s customer base.

And then there was the reaction: none until compelled and then weak at that. Doesn’t sound like Hafer had any issues with the piece until he was made to have issues. But, by then, several potential allies had been ostracized.

He gambled to up the status of his retirement vehicle. He gambled at the wrong casino. Oh well.

Listen, the right needs to learn to take no prisoners, just like the left learned decades ago.
