The questions is whether or not a Wisconsin jury is capable of recognizing self-defense in the presence of clear evidence.

It's going to be a devastating morale loss if the kid is somehow found guilty. We really need this win.

Expect to be disappointed. It's Wisconsin, not significantly different from Minnesota, where a man was convicted of BOTH murder and manslaughter for the same death.

There is no clear expression of
congressional intent in § 655(c) to convey OSHA such broad authority, and
this court will not infer one. Nor can the Article II executive breathe new
power into OSHA’s authority—no matter how thin patience wears.
For similar reasons, a stay is firmly in the public interest. From
economic uncertainty to workplace strife, the mere specter of the Mandate
has contributed to untold economic upheaval in recent months. Of course,
the principles at stake when it comes to the Mandate are not reducible to
dollars and cents. The public interest is also served by maintaining our
constitutional structure and maintaining the liberty of individuals to make
intensely personal decisions according to their own convictions—even, or
perhaps particularly, when those decisions frustrate government officials.

Outside of cities with a state run re-education campus people are more normal. Guess we’ll see.

The one thing Kyle has going for him is that everyone he had to kill in self defense was white. I wouldn't even entertain the possibility of an acquittal if that weren't the case.

I am so glad Rekieta has even made it as far as here. He has really been putting together some bang-up streams for this trial and it is putting his channel on the map.

I think you mean the latter. But that begs the question who and how.

But yes the focused protection would have been rational, probably more effective, and definitely less suspicious.
The peoples' overreaction and anxiety were created and fueled by the fear porn fed to them by the media, and the subsequent overreactive government policies. Without them, people would not have seen any difference in their daily life experiences.

Regarding the "who" I suppose we need to find out who was responsible for changing the normal pandemic response rules that were in place for years prior to 2019 https://twitter.com/fatemperor/statu...65321028243458 As well as who is responsible for the coordinated media attack on the psyche of the global population of the world. Who are the key pushers and creators of the narrative as well as investigating the key creators of and the major investors in the Trusted News Initiative would be a good start. Malone touches upon some of the "who" in this interview Explosive! Dr. Robert Malone: They’re Rushing Into Killing Children

Looking into the key Health and governmental figures that perpetuated many untruths and specifically the ones who tried to stifle any attempt to mitigate our overreaction are also figures that need to be looked into, such as Fauci and the like.

For a more historical perspective on the "Whos" and "Whys". As of late, I have found this guy pretty darn interesting.

However, he does seem authentic and extremely learned on the subjects he discusses. And for me, even though some of his points might challenge certain conventional givens, his lectures are rather compelling)
