Before they disappeared from commercials, white men had devolved into dumb, blubbering idiots constantly being humiliated by their wives and children. So maybe this exit is for the best.
Search for a compilation of 1980s commercials. It almost feels shocking to see white men and families treated with dignity and respect.
Big white pill today: my mother, who has been absolutely insane over the past two years, told me this morning that "she'd just rather get it and get it over with" and "she's sick of all this nonsense."
I think when we all got it in my house, but not because of anything I or my wife did, she got snapped out of the spell. Let's see where this goes.

Does anybody know of a Duckduckgo style alternative to searching for scholarly sources? I am growing tired of the "google scholar effect".
Again, google scholar search for "ivermectin and covid19" is showing cherry picked studies of low confidence. Top 3 results:
Inconclusive/No Benefit:
Cochrane Library
"Immediate randomized controlled trials needed" (even though we already have 30 + as summarized by this regularly updated meta-analysis: Ivermectin for COVID-19: real-time meta analysis of 75 studies ): Ivermectin and COVID-19: Keeping Rigor in Times of Urgency
Approved Dose not enough, RCT needed (again, even though we have a substantial number of them):
Just a moment...
And dear God let us not forget "Dr." Temple's "Study": https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMc2114907
Some of "Dr. Temple's" wonderfully accurate analysis:
"These cases illustrate the potential toxic effects of ivermectin, including severe episodes of confusion, ataxia, seizures, and hypotension, and the increasing frequency of inappropriate use."
https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMc2114907
Update - "Dr. Temple's" bullshit propaganda piece in the New England Journal of Medicine (above) now has been cited by 5 others. Again, the piece has only a handful of citations regarding news reports of veterinary ivermectin misuse where folks got sick but did not die, and a few pieces on the mechanism of ivermectin.
These 3 take her ridiculous summary seriously:

From the horse’s mouth: Calls to the British Columbia Drug and Poison Information Centre about ivermectin exposures during the COVID-19 pandemic | British Columbia Medical Journal
(The one in the BCMJ is stunningly, STUNNINGLY full of shit. It quite literally is titled "Straight from the Horse's Mouth", and is a paper that supposedly is critically investigating ivermectin for human use. For shame.
This 1 is just a summary of all the current happenings:

This 1 mentions it in passing, as it critically reviews several major meta-analyses. Concludes that we need further high-powered RCT's, but logic is not complete shit:
