I don’t mean to be rude, but have you not been paying attention the last few years?

Barry said that "the theory that pedos infest the government" was pulled out of anticausal's ass. Barry can be irritating, but I'm more interested in my original question about Judge Jackson Browne. Why is she so obviously light on kiddieporn? I understand that kiddie and pedophilia may not be the same thing, but it's easy to spot the pattern, so why is she doing this?

Without knowing anything about her, I’d say it’s a better than average chance it’s because she’s a Marxist. She may or may not have any specific predilection to pedophilia but it is a social norm and sexual barrier. Any forms of norms and barriers have to be removed, it’s the Marxist mental framework of deconstructing society and it’s power structures. Marxists “deconstructing” is like water flowing downhill, the final target is unknown, but you know what the outcome will be. You can’t rebuild a communist utopia without wiping everything away first. I don’t specifically know that she’s Marxist but she probably wouldn’t have been nominated if she wasn’t.

I listened to her explanation, and it actually made sense here if what she said is true.
Her reasoning was that laws for prosecution of child porn were passed before the internet existed and sentencing guidelines were based on the number of images shared (which typically meant sent through the mail).
She said the guidelines recommended a maximum sentence for 12 images or more.
In the internet age, a person sharing 12 images would be small time offender, not a large distributor.
Today, we have prosecutions for terabytes of the filth...many times more images than a person could view in an entire lifetime. They also may count each frame of a video running at 60 frames a second as a separate image.

In short, her explanation was that the sentencing guidelines are outdated.

If that’s true than that does make sense in a certain regard. There’s definitely a use for child abuse material that the government utilizes in ways I’m uncomfortable with. The “USB of Child abuse” is the new “bag of crack” that gets planted when you need to arrest someone. It’s also practically impossible to improve the way it is now.

The way things are progressing, this may seem to be the logical conclusion, yes. However, it might be that the Biden administration is simply destroying the US as an unintended consequence, and the other guys are just going along. Like, it would be too costly for them to prevent an American collapse while the country is run by such belligerent actors. We're completely surrounded by enemies of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Trying to guess what they're going to do next is prudent in my opinion, because it gives us the opportunity to prepare in advance with countermeasures...

Germany is still a vassal state under occupation by hundreds of thousands of foreign troops.
Historical Eastern Germany still belongs to other countries.
They didn't finish paying WWI debts until 2010.
They are still paying WWII debts and reparations.
I do not believe Germany has any semblance of self-determination or that the German people have any say in what is happening.
The modern Morgenthau Plan is being foisted upon them.

Getting out of cities to areas where we can practice being self sufficient, amongst like-minded family, friends, and neighbors is a good start. Get out of banks, credit, debt. Prep in whatever way you can. Lift heavy and stack heavy. Get back to splitting firewood and dig a well with a hand pump. Lots of constructive ways to be prepared.
