When you go into the ER, it's reasonable to expect that the doctor should consider what he plans to do before he decides to put you into a medically induced coma, no? "The problem isn't that he put you in a coma, it's just that he didn't first consider what he should do next." See the flaw in that logic?
Since this is the third most populous country on earth, with a variety of cultures and environments, why are national standards appropriate?
