I have couple question regarding the protocol.
1. Is it better to do the 20 sets of chins on an off training day or is it ok to do them on a training days? Basically in-between all sets of all exercises and then finishing any remaining sets if necessary.
2. Do I follow RICE protocol after completing the sets and or take an anti-inflammatory after as well if needed?
3. Do I avoid doing any exercises that piss it off while following the protocol or just go about my business? I ask because setting up to do bench and the press tend to irritate it but stops once I get the weights moving. Also, my job requires it be abused daily so I wanted to make sure not to do anymore harm than good on training days.
