"Because you don't need to, and you can't [develop a safety squat bar for low bar squats]"

The Marrs bar is a safety squat bar for low squats.

Feels exactly like a low bar squat.

Don't own one, but it exists and has lots of recommendations from some of the strongest lifters on the planet (maybe they were paid to endorse it, don't know).

I had never heard of that bar. I like it.

Due to a shoulder surgery I lost range of motion on my left shoulder. I’ve been frustrated for a long time because I’m limited to high bar safety Bar squats. I do a Hatfield squat with my safety squat bar.

I’m going to buy one of these Marrs bars and will report back if it actually allows a true low bar squat. I hope it works as advertised because low bar squats are without a doubt a better movement.
