It is funny with all these women laser focused on building bigger butt muscles, they'd be best served just doing low bar squats and maybe deadlifts.

Haven't seen it yet, but I will. Despite 25 years of lifting, I haven't gained a single inch where it matters most. I'm curious about how Chase did it.

I'm old enough to remember, (pre Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian) when big butts were generally not as desired as the are now. I do wonder what's going to happen if the fashion reverses.

At least all the people who have jumped on the beard craze can at least shave.

I wonder if the program doesn't add inches in the area he is most interested in.

I've torn my shorts twice mid-squat. The ass gains are real.

Also going to drop a tip for anyone here now struggling with jeans: Levis 541 Athletic fit.

I've had the most success with the 541's, but even they eventually tear at the gooch seam.

    Diesel Cheyenne.

Levi 751s also have a relatively generous cut at both seat and thigh.

And gents, please don't wear these hipster-type jeans. They look very faggy.
