    No intelligent person jumps from ~5 min rest to 20 min rest, instead the interval is gradually tested out over time and adjusted based on actual performance.
    So it sounds like you just gradually increase the rest between sets until further increases simply stop helping. No fixed maximum but getting cold becomes the limiting factor eventually.
