What weight and waist circumference should I be aiming for though to maximize strength? Before I cut I weighed 220lbs and had a 36 in. waist so should I just try to get my waist down a couple inches then maintain my weight while progressing in the lifts?

Whatever you end up with 3 months after you stop drinking the chocolate milk.

I used to be a big chocolate milk drinker, but honestly the "chocolate" part is giving you no functional benefit. It's possible to just drink milk, I used to think I couldn't do that but I do it just fine now.

Sounds good I'll drop the chocolate milk and start tracking my macros. Going to eat 3300 calories for a couple weeks hitting 250g of protein a day and see how my body responds. Just hope I'm still able to continue my LP for a little longer for squat.

I won’t give up my Ovaltine. Delicious and nutritious.

There is so much about this that would lead me to believe this is someone trolling you.

Haha what makes you say that Will? Was it really that dumb of a question.... I honestly thought Rip would be proud of me for putting on 60lbs and running out his programming exactly as he's detailed in the books but nah all I got was "stop drinking the chocolate milk" lmao. It's all good I still love you RIP
