Other useful injuries for injury
Hi Mark
I have an injury of my right wrist called SLAC(scapolunate advanced collapse). Think I got it from power cleans 10 years ago. It won’t get better and I’ll eventually need some sort of carpal fusion. Basically I can’t do any loaded barbell moves in my right hand. I can do plain squats.
Trying to think of other useful lifts that take the hand out of the equation. Only one I can think of now aside from squat is zercher squat. Any others that would be useful?
