    Hi Mark and team,

Thanks for all that you do. 38 year old male, switched from Bigger, Leaner, Stronger to NLP and making nice progress, adding weight to the bar every time. I have chronic pain in my right hip, and it has been getting irritated when I do my deadlift work set to the point where I have to lie down after the set for up to 5 minutes waiting for the 6-7 out of 10 pain to subside, the kind of pain that makes one nauseous. As the weight on my squats is increasing I am starting to feel it there too. My right leg is slightly longer and pain is in my right hip, also have a desk job so lots of sitting which also irritates the hip. I’m not interested in seeing a traditional doctor so they can give me pills, any advice on how to fix this?

Obviously, shim the short leg. What is not obvious is the nature of the pain: title says "piriformis/sciatic" but sciatica is not in the hip per se.
