Nice concise read yeah though nothing new for us old followers.
It got me curious, Rip mentioned in passing that he left out exercises that don't improve over such extended periods of time. Now my question is, did you ever keep track of stuff that didn't work, and what kind of exercises did you try in your novice programming before settling on the 5 currently in the program?
The assistance exercises and the machines. All of them.
