I play 45-90 minutes of vigorous tennis a few times each week.

Scheduling is sporadic, depending on friends' availability. Sometimes I play on a lifting day, sometimes on a rest day.

    Stats right now:
    Age: 30
    Weight: 175
    Squat: 225
    Press: 85
    Bench: 124
    DL: 305
    Chins: 3
    (I recently added barbell curls.)

To what degree will one interfere with the other? Any precautions I should take to keep up both?

    Thank you!

Depends on your recovery. Your lifts are at the level of a man who has been training for about 2 months. Diet? Rest?

    Right, that's the question.

Are you concerned that tennis will inhibit recovery? Or is it okay to play sports while on the program?

i play tennis pretty rigorously 1-2 times a week. i very very rarely hit the same days i lift. I think for a while I let myself think it messed with my recovery but as long as i sleep and eat enough i'm fine. im 37 weigh 205 tonight i squated 345x5x3 easily

I'm concerned that you're not doing the program. Tennis should not be a concern.
