Hello!! My name is Adriano, i have 28 years old, 1.83cm height and 110kg weight.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
I'm doing strength training for the first time in the last 3 years and i have no problens at all like pain or injuries until now. But i really want to see your opinion or sugestions about my current training. Here my workout:

Monday: 92kg 5x5 back squats or front squats and 60kg 5x1 overheadpress.

Tursday: 92kg 5x1 bench press and 52kg 5x1 hammer curls

Wednesday: 92kg 5x5 back squats or front squats and 60kg 5x1 overheadpress.

Thursday: 92kg 5x1 bench press and 52kg 5x1 hammer curls

    Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 5x5 92kg Deadlift and 10 to 15 min of boxing

Sunday: 5x5 92kg Deadlift and 10 to 15 min of boxing

I have a home gym and i'm have a limited amount of weight plates, thats why i dont make much progress because i get stuck for a long time in the same weight, but recently this problens dont occour anymore.

Thank you very much and i will wait a answer!

The general recommendation for training with autoimmune disease is to keep intensity high while limiting tonnage. And to do the program correctly.

So, in that case i should keep doing 5x5 like a maximum number of reps i should do, right?
Or i should low the reps in 5x3 for example?

Thank you very much and pls sorry my bad english
