    Hi Rip,

    You often mention how you set up your pull training when you were competing; Alternating Rack Pulls/Haltings, plus a light pulling day; shrugs/power cleans.

    I'm just curious to know how you trained your squat during this period.

    I overtrained it at too light a bodyweight with poor/no technical advice. Nothing to be learned from me.

    Days per week/sets/reps.

    That level of detail would require that I spend some time with my old training logs, analyzing precisely my tonnage/frequency/intensity. I'm not really interested enough in satisfying your sudden curiosity to do that.
