Just writing to see how the other COVID “victims” are doing now? I was only down for a few days, plus an extra day or two of solid sleeping in the aftermath. I’m back to normal, save for my taste and smell. I had about 5-10% recovery of that the other day, but lost it again today. Calorie consumption is tough this way.

I did lose a lot more strength than I anticipated. I did restart rather slow, but as I rerun a quick LP, I’m noticing previous warmup weights feel way heavier than they used to. Hopefully, as I regain my senses and eat more, the strength gains will come back.

My brother in CO and I in NY both had phone consults with Dr. Holmes in NC last week. He told us both to keep it on hand and begin taking the ivermectin if we felt sick. Thanks for all the great information.
