I’ve had a dodgy shoulder for years, couldn’t sleep with my arm under my head/pillow due to pain, xrays suggested bursitis, also had cortisone shot, helped for a short while but pain came back.
But since SS nearly 2 yrs ago and lots of pressing, it’s now all completely gone, how about that !?!
