I ordered your rack from TSS today and I’m looking at materials to make platform to replicate what is used in the SS gyms. The height of the base listed on TSS’ website is 2.375”. My simple arithmetic abilities tell me that I’ll need four 19/32” sheets of plywood to match up.
Is four 19/32” sheets what is used for the gyms, or could you tell me what combinations of plywood/rubber you’re using to outfit the facilities?
As I wait for the rack I plan on overthinking this in a ridiculous manner.

per the article quoted: "The platform/rack floor surface must be flush or you will have a significant trip hazard"
2.375 =/= 2.25
"three layers of plywood" and doesn't account for any rubber (equine stall/trailer mat)
is it (3) layers of plywood + 1/8" rubber? doesn't seem right.

I apologize if this seems stupid to you.
It wasn't clear to me, as any other rack, half-rack, cage you just assemble what was ordered, plop down a bench, and start benching.
The SS rack is somewhat unique in that you have to construct a front-riser, or a platform, or use a plinth, to be able to start bench pressing inside (safely) the rack.
Most all other racks just sit on the floor. (inside-the-rack or outside-of-the-rack is the same floor elevation)
The WFAC platforms look like they are topped with rubber mat.
(Taking a 2nd look at the TSS site now, the SS-Racks don't even come with a rubber top.)
So you are saying (3) 3/4" pieces of plywood,
and then lay a rubber sheet over the exterior plywood platform and over the TSS interior base to hide that 1/8" gap/step?
So that kind of makes sense I suppose, my bad.

TSS Site: "2.375" from the floor to the top of the wood platform"
So you construct the front riser out of (3) 3/4" wood sheets,
and just lay a/the rubber sheet over the step to hide it.
My bad. Most all the racks just sit on the floor, and the floor elevation is the same inside and outside the rack,
causing the confusion in my little brain.
