Rip if I might take this opportunity to ask, I am up to 275 lb on my squats and have developed tendonitis in both elbows and shoulders as well as some twinge in my bicep. The issue is I have had a left shoulder dislocation and now I just can't get my arm into the correct position. If I do the chinup method should I continue to squat during that time? Is there any grip solution you would suggest?

I had never seen my squats from this angle or realized how wonky they were. I imagine this has to do with uneven bar and grip. On the next set I focused more on trying to drive straight up to reduce sideways movement.

These didn't bother my elbows/ shoulders too bad, I think that was worse with a wider grip, but now I am feeling something like tendon aches in my knee/ hip area.
Anything you can tell me would be appreciated.
Have you read the book? These squats don't look familiar.
Yes. I guess I'll get a coach.
You really should just start with the book.
