Would you do the same loading protocol for medial glute tendinopathy?

Are you talking about trochanteric bursitis?
Lateral hip pain. I read that most cases of this were caused by glute tendinopathy, not bursitis. Is that wrong? Or would you do the same loading protocol for bursitis?
My tendinitis sounds similar to yours in location and the pin firing worked well, but holy fuck was it excruciating. I also agree with the guy who recommended finger extenders. My arms get pissed off from grabbing in Jiu jitsu and the hand extenders definitely help, but more so for very mild cases and as a preventative measure.
Either way, it's your squat.
Fix the squat and get an IT band release, usually works immediately.
The pin firing thing works wonders
What squat problems should I be looking for? A slightly wider stance and a slightly less aggressive toe angle has made a huge difference over the last year or so. And a TUBOW and getting leaned over faster has made my hips happier overall. It still comes and goes a little but I've had far fewer issues than before.
I'll see if I can find a massage torturist for the IT release.
