It shouldn't be this hard Pascal.
Setup up a temporary public communications channel such as google voice, WhatsApp, or similar. Establish contact, agree on a private communications channel such as email address exchange, delete the temporary account you created for the public communication channel as it is about to be mercilessly spammed.
