    I saw a post somewhere that said it got removed because people were misusing it.

    Pascal - I have worked with many in your situation and you need to absolutely start training. That said, the diet is not going to be easy with a fucked up gut so if you haven't figured out what you can tolerate by now then I would start early before the weight gets legitimately heavy. Training will improve all of the orthopedic problems as you have probably seen across this website. Eating enough to train will be your challenge so start figuring that out now.

    Hello Robert, it's very encouraging to read that you have experienced success with people in similar conditions. When it comes to the food, i know what i can eat by now, it's just the amount that I'm worried about but i will try my best and figure out what works. Thank you for your reply.
