Rip, I've enjoyed all your cooking videos, but they all seem to be indoor / stovetop based. Do you ever intend to do any grilling or low & slow BBQ style videos? Seems appropriate for a Texan.

In other words, are we going to do cooking videos that are not Texas Cafe Classics? Dunno. Maybe.

What about breakfast videos, did your dad serve breakfast at the Cafe or did he open for lunch?
Any chance he made his own corn beef hash? Would be cool to see ideas about how to quickly make hearty breakfast dishes on the griddle.

I think it would be pretty cool to see what meals you do with all the different parts of the meat you freeze.

Key lime pie would be good! I'm sure you mentioned it once

Key Lime Pie is not quite disgusting, but I don't eat it.

Perhaps an opportunity for the Californian's Guide series instead.

I just want to know how to make twelve eggs without them getting soggy. I can make pretty good eggs if there's only six or less, but once I get into the eight to twelve range, it all goes wrong.

Two batches? Or 6 in a different pan at the same time?
