    Default Using a belt with flat-backed goodmornings?

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I read the goodmorning section of the book again, and I did a sitewide Google search on this site for this topic, but strangely didn't find any information on this subject.

    Would using a belt make sense with flat-backed goodmornings, or is there something in this lift that would make it inadvisable?

    No… So I guess your answer would be something along the lines of "there's no reason to use a belt due to the relatively light weights the movement is done with".
