Talk to your women about it. Tell her your concerns, what you want, change a couple of things. Men get aroused easily, but not when they don’t feel wanted (other than rapist). Some couples get complacent or don’t communicate, just voice what you want.

I second or third the blame the woman approach. I do recall reading a study somewhere that suggested that boner problems are cured/mitigated when the sex object becomes MORE attractive. This should be onvious.

If you're married and committed (kids, history, assets, life, respect, love, etc.) to a woman who no longer gets you ramped up and able to perform, you're in trouble. I sympathize. You're stuck with the crone. Do whatever is necessary.

Otherwise, get a newer, younger, hotter girl. Think its not possible? Read Rip's article on aesthetics and improve your diet, lose 15 pounds (I think you're fat) and your market value will raise. So may your dick.

I think you need to examine two things:

    1. Are you taking anything for sleeping medication? OTC diphenhydramine or chlorphaneramine, or valium, anything like that at all?

    2. If 100 mg testosterone a week is not working at your bodyweight -- and it probably isn't -- up the dose immediately to 200/300 and see what happens. But do not let anybody cut on your dick.

    this is wrong

a lot of people think because "I have morning wood, everything ("mechanically") is fine ?" in the testosterone, or other 'departments'

those two things don't always necessarily go hand in hand

I did when I was in my teens, 20’s and early 30’s, but don’t now. I am familiar with porn induced erectile dysfunction. Don’t think that’s the problem.

I don’t take anything for sleeping and never have. Although I have worked the graveyard shift for approx 20 years. Sleep can be an issue at times but I always seem to find a way to get between 6-8 hours each day. The only OTC stuff I take is multivitamins and whey protein powder. Ibuprofen when needed.

I’ll up the testosterone and see what happens.

I’d like to add. I don’t drink, smoke or take recreational drugs. Don’t now. Never have in the past.

Seconded. You should move heaven and earth to fix your issues before even contemplating this.

I recently had a similar problem but at the relatively young age of 35 years old, which I put down to low T levels (and my results echoed this, putting me just a smidge above the threshhold for treatment by the NHS here). I actually had sleep apnea, which affected everything including my dick. It's amazing I have achieved the numbers I have under the bar considering how fucked up my sleep has been. I'm not obese, but I have a thick neck which thickened further after lifting and eating properly - hence the sleep apnea.

I also separated with my lady of 10 years. The sex was trash and our relationship had become loveless, and it turned out no sex, for a while, was better for my mental health than the stress of crap sex.

A CPAP machine and a hiatus from vagina (and no porn/jacking off) cured me. Please don't cut your dick open.

Having multiple girlfriends is proven to raise testosterone levels and boners...
    Definitely try that.
