    Barry, how long until you can start training again? Is the original timeline of about a week in place?

    Yes one week . Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, the biopsy was positive for lymphoma. We are figuring out options but they range from doing nothing and observing to monthly chemo injections into eye for a year, in which case, a few days of rest (?) will be required after each injection. All tbd.

    Bad news and good news.

    I will be starting a new chemo series next week. Direct injection into eye, once a month for 12 months.

    Lifting heavy weights will not be an issue at any point during this treatment!

    I hope this ends this thread. Day one new training starts tomorrow.
