Hi Coach Rip,
I am Lewis from the Call-in, and I did as you suggested.
I bought the Blue book.
I changed to split training, per the example at top of pg. 157 in the Grey Book. I have already done two days, and I feel the difference. It is much more manageable.
I am reading on the Deadlift in prep for Friday's Pull.
And I also did as you said to record my Snatches and Cleans. Both are horrible. You call me a "motor moron," please advise accordingly.

Lewis, my friend, your pulling is a mess. You need to read the power clean chapter, watch our videos, and compare them to yours. Notice what your elbows do. And notice the start position, which should look like the deadlift's start position.
