    You'll be surprised how much stronger a bodybuilder who has never done the Program will benefit. He will literally see strength gains he never thought possible within a shorter time that he would have ever expected. The only thing is, if he is juicing, his training and progression would probably have to be monitored by an experienced coach so as not to incure injury.

    He doesn't "do legs", so I count the times I shame him into deadlifting with me as successes.
