Hey Rip,
I know from a lot of the guys you've spoken to recently things like H+H may not be as worrisome as some may lead you to believe. I just had the results back from my bloods & wondered what yours & the wider audience's thoughts are on my H+H & lipids? I have been experiencing flushed skin/heat & can feel my pulse throughout my body at times (especially when trying to sleep which is a real bitch).

My bad, I'll try again.
Sometimes we become overly-aware of the things we're worried about. This is not even interesting. Watch the podcast with Keith Nichols again, and take notes.
Thanks Rip, shall re-watch it, I had a feeling it was just me being anxious; the doc at my clinic reviewed the bloods & had something similar to say.
@Sebastion, No, but looking at the sides its very similar to what I was feeling. Symptoms have subsided now so I'm pretty certain it was just my anxiety going into overdrive.
Most of the population of Denver Colorado that have been living there for any significant period of time have hemoglobin and hematocrit levels higher than yours. It's called a secondary erythrocytosis and has never caused harm in any study in 80 years of use. The myth that it causes harm is not based on any medical study.
