Training Camps in Europe

Hey Rip,
I was wondering how did you come up with the training camps which will be held in Sweden and Norway this year and hosted by Raghavan.
Did a specific gym send you a request to host a training camp there? Was it Carl's request? Could this be a possibility in other countries?
Maybe if there were enough SSCs and box gyms willing to do it you could organize kind of a tour around Europe.
Just trying to get my hopes up for Starting Strength to eventually come to Italy.

If it's worth it you could dedicate an episode of the podcast to this.

The camps are set up by the coaches who run them. Take a look at the directory at coaching.startingstrength.com and contact the coaches in Europe and the UK. See if any of them would be interested in a tour of the North lands. Raghavan would probably be willing.
