    Default Changing Belts?

    Rip,

I have done my best to read pertinent forums discussing belts. I have a specific question that likely won't require more than a one sentence response, ha!

To help: I am 6'2" 210 lbs with an average-length torso for my height.

When I started my NLP I purchased a ProFitness 4-inch leather belt . However, I have become convinced that I need to purchase a better belt for the deadlift, so later today I will buy Dominion's 3-inch double ply leather belt.

    For my squat, should I:
    A) Continue to use the 4" ProFitness belt
    B) Use the 3" Dominion Belt
    C) Purchase a better 4" Belt (maybe from BestBelts?)
    and why?

    Thank you!

You should try them both and see which you like best.

Thank you. I’ll see if I like the 3” better than my current 4” or not.
For the sake of my wallet, I’m thankful you didn’t recommend purchasing a new 4” belt!

For what it's worth, I'm 6-2 and I like the SS 3" double ply for squats. 4 inch gets all jammed up in the bottom and messes with my depth and back angle. I'm probably in the minority though.
