Wow, high class episode, unbelievably informative and easy to listen to. Shoutout to Ray, he is getting to be a better host with each episode.

I am always partial to Santana, he hasn't been on an SS podcast for a while, even though he is killing it with his own podcast.

This was by far one of the best SS podcasts to date. Up there with the first episode, the vegan episode, and the covid episode. I'll definitely be relistening to this one, so many good nuggets of wisdom in there. Thanks Ray and Andy!

Baker is the real deal. Fabulous podcast, well marshalled by Ray.

Santana would be a good guest. Any specific topic requests? Actionable nutrition advice for strength trainees, for example?

Gents- Thanks again. We'll have Baker on again soon - we could talk for days.

Be sure to ask Robert how an intermediate lifter can increase strength while eating in a calorie deficit for fat loss. I've heard he loves discussing the subject.

Two things. Santana mentions in his podcast his so called lazy approach to training. You could quiz him on that. Plus I think he needs to repeat to people why they should get a stronger deadlift.

The podcast was excellent. Very informative. Andy's podcast on his channel is excellent, too. I never miss one.
