I have made significant strength and weight gain with my lifts in the last year. It’s a odd question or concern but I have noticed all my pants shift to the left of me. There is obviously one side is becoming larger and more defined. I cannot really tell during my lifts. Everything seems even during lifting but the pants are significantly slanting or jamming up to one side of my hips. Should I be concerned?

Pull the low side up until the pants are level, then put a belt on.

    Or use suspenders, like Andrew.

Andrew is the only guy other than Gordon Gekko who can pull off the suspender look.

I had this exact problem and started adding plates to the weak side of my squat. I found an addition of about 10 lbs to even things out.

Imagine how effective 50 pounds would be!

Is it easier to level suspenders or will they shift too, resulting in an inevitable "Uneven Suspenders" thread?
