Awesome show Ray and Nick. Probably the most informative down to earth brass tacks podcast on nutrition I have heard to date.

You and Nick talked about Stan's book and I believe his shorter/condensed version he has in a PDF file.
Is the PDF version that was referenced his "The Vertical Diet & Peak Performance 3.0 eBook" that he has on his website?
I haven't looked in a while, but the .pdf he sells on his website is the long one with all the references and citations. The shorter one is a normal paperback available through the usual retailers.
I found this very helpful, thank you for putting it together.
Joe Rogan...
In all seriousness, Stefan Molyneux. I know he's from Canada and doesn't do much politics wise, mainly philosophy and parenting stuff now, but he's strongly libertarian, very positive to strong body/mind living. Very similar to most people around here but focuses more on the mind side not the body. I listen to both podcasts pretty regularly and there's enough crossover that he'd be interesting to most listeners, but enough difference that there's a lot to learn, and probably a fair bit of room for lively debate. I do think logistically it would be a challenge to get him on though.
Anybody that you're actually aware of will be a problem to get on a podcast, either mine or especially Ray's.
Love the podcasts Ray. I'd love you to do one focusing on the mental discipline required to be a good lifter. A lot of us train alone either at home or gym without a SS coach on our arse to get the last rep or reps. So we can end up giving ourselves "permission to fail" ! Probably a lot of guests who could talk to it, maybe a compilation?, sometimes different perspectives connect with different people. Jim Steel or Kirk Karwoski come to mind.
