Bench press slow
Hey rip. Started SS NLP 4 weeks ago. Formerly did mike Matthews BLS for about 6 months. I’m 28 and 5’11.
Squat 225-280 deadlift 285-325 bench 185-205.
Weight 176-188
This is the 3rd time that I’ve attempted a weight on bench and missed reps rested and got them later.
Is this the correct pace or should I be moving in 2.5 increments now? Perhaps I just need to eat more as your podcast typically says.

Got it. Eat more, rest longer and slow down increments.
Only wrench in the machine during the week is BJJ which I understand might slow down progress.
Not a big deal. Will continue to train and follow program to letter.
