Reasons I did not like this article and don't understand why it was published:
1. It uses doodoo studies as evidence to things anyone who trains already knows.
2. It offers no new ideas.
3. It distracts from much better content on the subject from Sullivan and Rip.
4. It is poorly written.
I am not just trying to be a negative retard. Having this article up devalues everything else on the site. Maybe by recognizing how bad it is I can help to reverse some of that devaluation with this comment.
