That doesn't sound exciting. Make a better suggestion.
On one of the more recent comments from the haters it was pointed out that the trap bar video is finally slowing down in terms of hater comments.
Rip i know you've bandied about the idea of doing one about kettlebells, but as another suggestion, what about music when lifting as a topic?
Specifically you should stop listening to music because it's distracting and reduces the weight you lift.
Sincerely.

Foam rolling, tennis balls, elastic bands, all this PT bullshit being used as "warm-up"? You know there's a whole community of people who love stuff like that, crossfitters for sure
I train in a crossfit gym, the FIRST thing every one of them does before starting their workouts is roll around on a piece of foam and stare at their phone for 10 minutes
I still think kettlebells is the best idea after the trap bar, by far. You could do Clubbells next! Although I don't see a lot of people using them on a regular basis as much as KBs or trap bars
Mirrors. You could do the Enter the Dragon mirror room scene, but with you and Rusty at a 24 Hour Fitness.
But don't all the elite federations blast music at meets? Don't the top athletes play music while they make their twitstergramtok videos? And what about Capt. Broggi blasting Waylon while he trains?
Okay, that last one may be an actual legit counterargument...
What about......weighted barbell hip thrusters.
Good call - those seem to be all the rage with the kids these days.
Of course, April's coming up, so that might make for an excellent subject for a follow-up to this indispensable video from three years ago. Just consider the possibilities!
