    While they typed, Jesus Olivares posted the biggest raw total ever, with a 1030+ squat, 600+ bench, and 900+ deadlift. He weighs 393 at 61.

    I haven't heard the full podcast, but as a 6'4" or 5" inch male who weighs 260, and who has in the past weighed as much as 350, I feel better at the lighter weights. Even if I added 40 pounds of lean tissue (bone, cartilage, ligament, tendon, muscle, blood volume, organ growth) I'm not sure I would want to do it.

    Now If I was competing in Strongman or another sport where maximal size and strength was critical to performance, then hell yeah. I'd shoot for 335, at least. But for just walking around, doing my faggy office job, looking like a fucking male model, cutting the grass, banging my wife, etc., I don't like weighing much more than 275.
