Ivor Cummins posts a very important video on ice core sampling and the data that it presents us with.

    Rip,
If you could interview Randall Carlson, that would be amazing. Is this something you would be up to doing?

A Timely and Important Research Report Into The Carbon Cycle –By: Randall Carlson

This essay and review of research into the carbon cycle and its effect upon the biosphere, more specifically upon the realm of plants and vegetation, is intended to provide a synopsis of evidence and information that is generally being neglected in mainstream discussions of Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) and to provide an enhanced and more realistic perspective on the effects of increasing concentrations of atmospheric carbon dioxide upon the world of nature and the world of society, which, of course, are inextricably linked.

Good stuff. I believe the data shows we will have an ice age in 1000yrs. Coincidentally, from a conversation I had with a top oceanographer (I had to buy him lunch!) 1000yrs is about the time for oceans to absorb all of the CO2 released by burning fossil fuel AND taking care of the increased acidity.

Those two independent 1000yr cycles mean trending toward cooler on both human and geological time scales.

I am happy to report that the annual global warming/seasonal climate change phenomenon is returning to Arizona. This will be another cooler than normal weekend but the warming trend is a relief from the cold and wet spring that we had so far this year. Dry heat cannot be far behind!

I look forward to the continuing seasonal/global warming trend, it is now time for the snow birds to go home and leave paradise to those of us committed to living here year round. I look forward to 110-120 degree temps and shorter lines for auto gas at Costco (where according to GasBuddy you can save up to $1.00 per gallon vs Shell stations. $4.99 vs $5.99 for premium).

Gas in WF is cheaper. I paid $379 for 93-octane the other day, and diesel id down to $3.11. Too many democrats in AZ, I suppose.
